CAMP FREDDY: Video Clip Posted Online

November 5, 2002

A video clip featuring highlights of CAMP FREDDY's Oct. 30 performance at Ivar club in Hollywood, California has been posted online at this location. It contains the group's core lineup of JANE'S ADDICTION guitarist Dave Navarro, former THE CULT touring bassist Billy Morrison (on guitar),ex-GUNS N' ROSES/THE CULT drummer Matt Sorum, bassist Scott Ford, and vocalist Donovan Leitch jamming with a number of celebrity guest stars, including JANE'S ADDICTION frontman Perry Farrell, ex-SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach, PUDDLE OF MUDD mainman Wes Scantlin, ex-MARILYN MANSON bassist Twiggy Ramirez, and former GUNS N' ROSES members Slash (guitar) and Duff McKagan (bass).

Bach commented on the ultra-special event via his official web site: "Last Wednesday night, I went to the Ivar Theater in Hollwood to jam with Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum, Dave Navarro, & Donovan Leitch on the song 'Time Warp', the song I sang as Riff Raff in the 'Rocky Horror Show'. The place was completely jammed & sweaty & we tore up 'Time Warp' like never before! The party was put on by Maxim/Blender magazine so there should be pictures surfacing soon. As if 'Time Warp' wasn't heavy enough, for an encore we all came back on & ripped through 'Paradise City' by GUNS 'N 'ROSES with none other than special guest star Ronnie Wood of THE ROLLING STONES! Yes, that is right, I got to say into the mike 'Ladies & Gentleman, please welcome Ronnie Wood of THE ROLLING STONES' & I couldn't believe those words were coming out of my mouth! Playing onstage with Ronnie Wood is %100 one of the highlights of my life & he was really cool to meet as well. 'Paradise City' was a blast to do, as I have loved that song for years & the energy on stage & in the room was insane. Wes from PUDDLE OF MUDD was doing backing vocals & also did a killer stagedive at the end of the song. We all hung out before & after the show, which also included Perry Farrell, Macy Gray & a bunch of other freaks. It was great."
