BURST: U.K., BENELUX Dates Cancelled

April 15, 2004

Sweden's BURST have been forced to cancel their previously announced dates in the U.K. and Benelux. "Due to reasons beyond our control, bookings and preparations for the touring set-up have been screwed up, resulting in economic difficulty as well as a unsolveable schedule," the band write on their web site. "This has resulted in it being impossible for BURST to go ahead with the tour as the conditions and the arrangements completely failed. We really tried to solve it, but alas. Apologies to everyone, even though this was beyond us. However, we will still be able to make it to the Goudvishal Festival in Arnhem on the 25th of April, and the dates below are still valid."

Upcoming BURST shows:

Apr. 25 - Goudvishal Festival – Arnhem, NETH
Apr. 27 - Debaser, Stockholm, SWE
Jun. 25-27 – Furyfest - Le Mans, FRA
Jul. 15-17 - Arvika Festival – Arvika, SWE
08-6-7 – Augustibuller – Lindesberg, SWE

As previously reported, BURST recently uploaded their video for the track "Sculpt the Lives" at this location (Windows Media, 8.5 MB).

"Sculpt the Lives" comes off the group's 2003 release "Prey On Life" (Relapse),which earned the band a recent Manifest award nomination in the "Best Hard Rock/Punk" category.
