BUCKCHERRY: New Song Posted Online
Reunited Los Angeles hard rockers BUCKCHERRY have posted a brand-new song, entitled "Crazy Bitch", on their MySpace.com page.
"Crazy Bitch" comes off the group's forthcoming third CD, "Fifteen", which will be released on Universal in Japan in October. The follow-up to 2001's "Time Bomb" was produced by guitarist Keith Nelson and is expected to receive a U.S. release in the first quarter of 2006.
BUCKCHERRY performed a "secret" club show Friday (August 5) at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, California under the name THE CHERRY BROTHERS. Headlining the concert was MOLLY HATCHET. This was BUCKCHERRY's first show with their new lineup:
Josh Todd (vocals)
Keith Nelson (guitar)
Jimmy Ashhurst (bass)
Stevie D. (guitar)
Xavier Muriel (drums)
As previously reported, BUCKCHERRY have been confirmed for the Summer Sonic Festival, set to take place August 13-14 in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. Also scheduled to appear at the festival are SLIPKNOT, NINE INCH NAILS and DEEP PURPLE, among others.
BUCKCHERRY will be launching their first ever Podcast, available on iTunes as part of "The Pulse". Josh and Keith talk about recording the new album, the new bandmembers and the new songs. "The Pulse" is available for free via iTunes podcasting. BUCKCHERRY's podcast will debut in August.
