BRUTALITY Sign With STILL DEAD PRODUCTIONS

December 20, 2002

Reunited Tampa death metallers BRUTALITY have signed a one-album deal with Poland's Still Dead Productions. The group will begin recording their forthcoming CD, "From the Ashes", in February for a tentative late summer release. Featured on the album will be contributions from original guitarist and founding member Larry Sapp, bassist Jeff Acres, and vocalist Scott Reigel as well as members of BRUTALITY side-project ASTAROTH. The CD will consist of five new songs, and reworkings of several old BRUTALITY demo tracks.

Among the songs set to appear on "From the Ashes" are the following:

01. Gates of Thorn
02. I Deny
03. Ashes & Snow
04. Ignitics
05. Demension Demented
06. Agoraphobia

In related news, ASTAROTH, who have also signed a one-album deal with the same label, are looking for a drummer to sit in on the group's upcoming recording sessions. Interested parties who live in the Tampa Bay, FL area, have their own transportation and drum kit are urged to call 813-933-2312. Race/age/sex is unimportant. Style is similar to that of old Swedish bands like CARNAGE, UNLEASHED and old ENTOMBED.
