The Brazilian edition of the Thrash Of The Titans festival is being organized by Options Concerts, and the promoters need a minimum attendance of 15,000 people to pay all the costs. All revenue generated in excess of these costs is going to be given to the Brazilian Cancer Hospital. If the attendance is lower than the break-even figure (15,000),the organization will cover all the debts and it will be given 10% of the raised funds.

The festival is scheduled to start at 12:00 noon of Saturday, April 20th at the Anhembi Parking Lot, and will take place on two different stages, so as to allow there to be no breaks between the bands' performances. The festival is expected to run until approximately 2:00 AM Sunday morning.

The original Thrash of the Titans festival sold out the Maritime Hall in San Francisco on August 11th, in the process raising funds for the cancer/tumor treatments of TESTAMENT singer Chuck Billy and late DEATH mainman Chuck Schuldiner.
