BLOWSIGHT: Former DRAIN STH Guitarist's New Music Posted Online

BLOWSIGHT, the Swedish band featuring former DRAIN STH guitarist Flavia Canel on bass, have posted several recent demo tracks via their official web site.

The songs available for download are as follows:

The group, whose lineup is completed by Niklas Fagerström (vocals, guitar),Fabien Perreau (drums, vocals),and Serban Carapancea (guitar),will be performing at the Eagle Bar in Södertälje, Sweden on Saturday (January 31).

DRAIN STH split up in early 2000 after releasing two moderately successful full-length albums and touring extensively in the U.S. with such acts as TYPE O NEGATIVE, MACHINE HEAD, and LIFE OF AGONY. Drummer Martina Axen and bassist Anna Kjellberg went on to form SUPERFIX in Los Angeles (a project Kjellberg is no longer involved with),while vocalist Maria Sjoholm is said to have retired from the music business and is currently living in England with longtime fiancé, BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi.
