BLOODCLOT To Release 'Burn Babylon Burn' In The Spring

January 31, 2007

BLOODCLOT, the new band featuring former BIOHAZARD drummer Danny Schuler, ex-CRO-MAGS frontman John Joseph, former SPUDMONSTERS/BIOHAZARD guitarist Scott Roberts, and ex-MERAUDER bassist Rick Lopez, is putting the finishing touches on its debut album, "Burn Babylon Burn", tentatively due this spring. "It's been a long journey for us making this record and we wanna keep it punk rock so we'll probably be looking to release it ourselves and just get a distribution deal," says Joseph. "In some ways it's cool — the record industry is all fucked up because for far too long they have exploited artists and made all the money while band members go broke and it's also forcing bands to go out on the road and prove their shit night after night like it was in the old days."
