BLINDED COLONY Part Ways With Singer, Announce Replacement

Swedish melodic death/thrash metallers BLINDED COLONY have parted ways with singer Niklas Svensson. "The decision was a purely professional matter, though it's always sad to break up with an old friend and band companion," the group write on their web site.

"From now on the vocals will be handled by the very talented Johan Schuster (also drums in TDPP and solo project PLOGHBILL)."

A pre-production recording sample of a new song called "In Here", featuring Schuster, can be downloaded at this location.

Formerly known as STIGMATA, BLINDED COLONY released their debut album, "Divine", in 2003 via Italy's Scarlet Records.
