April 18, 2016

BLACK VEIL BRIDES vocalist Andy Biersack and his girlfriend, Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Juliet Simms, who is best known as a contestant on the 2012 season of the NBC reality TV talent competition "The Voice", got married this past Saturday, April 16 after dating for five years.

Biersack and Simms shared photos of their wedding day on their Instagram accounts. The BLACK VEIL BRIDES frontman wrote: "We had a beautiful intimate ceremony with our friends and family and I married my best friend in the world. I am the happiest man alive! Thank you to everyone who came to support us, it was such a magical night filled with love and laughs. Thank you to every one of you guys who have supported Juliet Simms and I in our love and have been so kind to both of us. I am incredibly excited to start this new chapter in my life with my soul mate. The list of people who contributed to this wedding and made it happen is too long to list but needless to say this wouldn't have happened without our dedicated and amazing friends. Thank you!"

Simms added: "I got to marry my best friend, love of my life and soulmate. Words cannot express how I feel right now. Andy Biersack I will love you forever, my everything, my always."

Biersack's new solo project, ANDY BLACK, will release its debut album, "The Shadow Side"Lava/Republic. The CD was produced by John Feldmann and is expected to include collaborations with FALL OUT BOY's Patrick Stump, Gerard Way, 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER's Ashton Irwin and ALL TIME LOW's Rian Dawson.
