BLACK STONE CHERRY Drummer At NAMM; Video Available

Video footage of BLACK STONE CHERRY drummer John Fred Young's solo performance at this year's winter NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) show on January 18 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California can be viewed below (courtesy of "Termina8ed").

Holland's FaceCulture spoke to Ben Wells and bassist Jon Lawhon from BLACK STONE CHERRY prior to the band's concert at the Melkweg in Amsterdam. They spoke about their music, idols, songwriting and lots more. Watch the interview at this location.

BLACK STONE CHERRY has been confirmed as the opening act on the upcoming UK co-headlining tour featuring DEF LEPPARD and WHITESNAKE. The dates are as follows:

Jun. 17 - Glasgow, UK @ SECC
Jun. 18 - Birmingham, UK @ NEC
Jun. 20 - Manchester, UK @ MEN
Jun. 23 - Sheffield, UK @ Arena
Jun. 24 - Newcastle, UK @ Arena
Jun. 26 - London, UK @ Wembley Arena

BLACK STONE CHERRY's eponymous debut album landed at No. 90 on The Billboard 200 album chart in July 2006, selling more than 10,000 copies in its first week of release.

Roadrunner Records last year uploaded video footage of BLACK STONE CHERRY performing acoustically and being interviewed at Pub Anchor in Stockholm, Sweden. Check it out at this location.
