March 19, 2004

A BLACK LABEL SOCIETY E-card, featuring music from the group's forthcoming "Hangover Music Vol. VI" release, can be accessed at this location.

As previously reported, "Hangover Music Vol. VI" (view cover here) is scheduled for release on April 20 through Spitfire Records. The CD is mostly acoustic- and piano-based, much like Zakk's 1996 solo album "Book Of Shadows". Mike Inez (ALICE IN CHAINS, OZZY OSBOURNE),James Lomenzo (PRIDE & GLORY, WHITE LION),and J.D. all share bass duties on the album while drummer John Tempesta (ROB ZOMBIE, TESTAMENT, EXODUS) makes a guest appearance on one track. Contrary to previous reports, Brian Tichy (OZZY OSBOURNE, BILLY IDOL) does not appear on the album.

"Hangover Music Vol. VI" marks BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's final album for Spitfire Records under the terms of the group's present agreement with the label.
