BENEDICTUM Begins Recording New Album

Drummer Mikey Pannone of San Diego, California-based, female-fronted metallers BENEDICTUM has completed his tracks for the band's forthcoming third album. The band will begin tracking the guitars for the CD on Tuesday, April 6. A fall release is expected.
In other news, BENEDICTUM will support PRIMAL FEAR on June 9 at at UB's in Mesa, Arizona.

BENEDICTUM's sophomore album, "Seasons of Tragedy", was released in Europe in January 2008 via Locomotive Records. The follow-up to 2006's "Uncreation" contains 10 original songs plus a cover version of the ACCEPT classic "Balls to the Wall". The digipack edition also includes a cover of RAINBOW's "Catch the Rainbow". Guest musicians on the CD include George Lynch (ex-DOKKEN), Manni Schmidt (ex-RAGE, GRAVE DIGGER), Jeff Pilson (ex-DOKKEN, FOREIGNER) and Craig Goldy (DIO).
