40 BELOW SUMMER Wrap Up New Record Deal, Prepare To Enter Studio

New Jersey's 40 BELOW SUMMER are "in the final stage of contract negotiations with a new record label," according to the group's official web site. The band, who were previously signed to London/Sire Records before the company folded in Dec. 2001, are planning on entering the studio on June 5 to begin recording their sophomore full-length effort for a late 2003 release.

40 BELOW SUMMER's debut CD, 2001's "Invitation To The Dance", was recorded in Los Angeles with famed producer Garth Richardson (RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, MUDVAYNE, KITTIE).
