BEHEMOTH's 'Evangelion' Lands In Finnish Top 20

"Evangelion", the ninth full-length studio album from Polish extreme metallers BEHEMOTH, has entered the Finnish national chart at position No. 17.

In other news, EMG TV conducted an interview with BEHEMOTH guitarist/vocalist Adam "Nergal" Darski and bassist Tomasz "Orion" Wróblewski on July 10, 2009 at the Mountain View, California stop of this year's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Watch the three-minute chat below.

"Evangelion" was released in the U.S. this past Tuesday (August 11) through Metal Blade. The CD was mixed at Miloco Studios in London, England by Colin Richardson, who has previously worked with MACHINE HEAD, SLIPKNOT, NAPALM DEATH and BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, among many others.

BEHEMOTH is currently on the road as part of the second annual Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. The band is performing on the Hot Topic stage alongside CANNIBAL CORPSE, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, JOB FOR A COWBOY and WHITECHAPEL.
