BEHEMOTH Prepare For Polish Tour; Demos/Rarities Release

May 14, 2006

Polish extreme metallers BEHEMOTH have returned from their triumphant tour in America and are ready to hit the road in their homeland. The trek, consisting of 10 dates in the biggest markets in Poland, starts on May 13 in Elblag and ends on May 22 in Gdynia.

Commented BEHEMOTH mainman Nergal: "The tour we've just completed in U.S. must have been one of the most prestigious and entertaining ones. We wanted to thank MORBID ANGEL, KRISIUN and DESPICED ICON plus all the crew members for being real friends and super easy going dudes. Big hail goes to World Managament for putting the package together, Century Media for their never-ending support. These five weeks felt like one which means only one thing: we had killer time! It's very motivating to see that our fan base growing so fast over there. Keep it up BEHEMOTH legions! See you all on Sound of the Underground this summer!

"Now we are ready to hit the road again, this time in our home country. We have the new-old release called 'Demonica' coming out on 06.06.06. so there's a reason to go out and promote this shit a bit. It's re-release of our demo tapes from '93 and '94 plus some extra songs, outtakes etc. I bet all the die-hard fans would love to have it. It'll be a super-nice double-CD box with a 44-page book about the beginnings of the band, comments from the former members, and million of old pics. 'Demonica' will be a strictly limited to 10,000. So, after doing this never-ending tour all around the globe…it feels good to be on tour AGAIN, ha ha. We refreshed our set list; there's also new stage show we prepared for this tour and I just hope people will enjoy it as much as we do…"
