BALTIMOORE To Begin Recording New Album Next Week
Frontman Björn Lodin of the Swedish hard rockers BALTIMOORE has issue the following update:
"I'm very excited about the new record and extremely happy for the painless collaboration with the guys in the band. All songs are now written and we start tracking next week. Release date is set to March 27. We're also planning some live shows — starting March 27. Stay tuned!"
BALTIMOORE's new lineup is as follows:
Örjan Fernkvist - Keyboards
Robban Bäck - Drums
Emanuel Hedberg - Guitar
Björn Lundqvist - Bass
Örjan Fernkvist previously played on five tracks on "Best Of Baltimoore" and was a member of Sweden's SIX FEET UNDER.
BALTIMOORE released a DVD-R in 2007 containing footage taken at the band's December 17, 2006 gig at the Hard Rock Cafe in Stockholm, Sweden. The DVD-R also includes an interview with the group and videos for the songs "Wellaway" and "Give Me What You've Got". The interview is in Swedish, but it has English subtitles.
