The latest, self-titled album from Swedish sleaze rockers BACKYARD BABIES topped the chart in the band's home country in its first week of release and has since moved down to position No. 4. The CD also entered the Finnish album chart at No. 31.Released in Europe on August 18 via Billion Dollar Babies/Spinefarm, "Backyard Babies" was recorded during 90 sweaty days and nights at Polar and Big Island Sound studios in Stockholm with producer Jacob Hellner (RAMMSTEIN, APOCALYPTICA). The video for the CD's first single, "Fuck off and Die", can be viewed below. BACKYARD BABIES released its fifth studio full-length album, "People Like People Like People Like Us", in April 2006 via Century Media Records.
