BACKDRAFT Seek New Label Home

November 10, 2005

Sweden's "most bearded" rockers BACKDRAFT, who were recently rejoined by original singer Jonas Åhlén, are currently looking for a new label home. Guitarist Rob The Slob comments: "We have been workin very hard lately. Jonas has shown to us that he can deliver, and the new album is going to be amazing! We have discovered a lot about ourselves, and music-wise, we have done so many new things!"

BACKDRAFT have completed most of the pre-production for their new album and are ready to begin recording the new CD as soon as a new record deal has been secured.

"The new stuff is so much heavier and yet so much more calm than the last album," added Rob. "We know, that we have plenty of good radio hits, and musically, it's like DOLLY PARTON meets MOTÖRHEAD."

BACKDRAFT have lined up two shows in the Stockholm region so far, including a December 8 "unplugged" gig at Rocks. More information is available at www.backdraft.se.
