AUDIOVENT's Bus Strikes Woman On New York City Street
A bus carrying the band AUDIOVENT struck a New York City woman as she crossed a Midtown street last night, according to the New York Post.
The 65-year-old woman, whose name was not released, was critically injured when the bus hit her as it turned from Eighth Avenue onto 34th Street.
The driver was not charged.
The band, in New York to play the Hammerstein Ballroom, is due to appear tonight on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
