AUDIOSLAVE To Utilize NIN, MICHAEL JACKSON Director For Debut Clip

AUDIOSLAVE, the new group featuring ex-SOUNDGARDEN frontman Chris Cornell and former RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE members Tim Commerford (bass), Brad Wilk (drums), and Tom Morello (guitar), will shoot a video for the first single, "Cochese", from their forthcoming album in Los Angeles at the end of September with Mark Romanek, the director behind NINE INCH NAILS' "Closer" and MICHAEL and JANET JACKSON's "Scream".

"Cochese" and is slated to hit radio in early October, while the full-length CD will follow on November, according to the band's management.

AUDIOSLAVE will support the album with a handful of shows this fall, though dates have not yet been announced.
