AS I LAY DYING To Support BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE On Rescheduled U.K. Dates

San Diego wrecking crew AS I LAY DYING will take time out from the final stage of the writing process for its as-yet-untitled third album (due for spring release via Metal Blade) to finish its U.K. tour dates as guests to BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE (which were postponed due to BULLET vocalist Matt Tuck being struck down with laryngitis). The rescheduled dates are as follows:

Jan. 03 – Newcastle, UK @ Academy
Jan. 04 - Manchester, UK @ Apollo
Jan. 05 - Birmingham, UK @ Academy
Jan. 07 - Cardiff, UK @ University
Jan. 08 - Hammersmith, UK @ Apollo

AS I LAY DYING recently re-released their first two recordings, previously out on Pluto Records, via Metal Blade Records. The set includes both a re-recorded and the original version of the band's split CD with AMERICAN TRAGEDY (originally issued in 2002),plus their first album, "Beneath the Encasing of Ashes" (2001).

AS I LAY DYING's third album, "Shadows Are Security", was released in June 2005.
