AS I LAY DYING Bassist Interviewed At U.K.'s DOWNLOAD Festival

Peter Bailey of the "Metalheadz" radio show conducted an interview with bassist Josh Gilbert of San Diego metallers AS I LAY DYING at this year's Download festival, which was held June 11-13, 2010 at Donington Park, United Kingdom. Watch the chat below.

AS I LAY DYING's latest album, "The Powerless Rise", sold 38,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 10 on The Billboard 200 chart.

AS I LAY DYING' last album, "An Ocean Between Us", opened with 39,500 units back in August 2007 to land at No. 8.

"The Powerless Rise" was released on May 11 via Metal Blade Records.

AS I LAY DYING's blistering first single, "Beyond Our Suffering", is now available for fans to play and download for FREE on Tap Tap Revenge 3 via the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. On July 12, AS I LAY DYING will launch the "Cool Tour" with UNDEROATH, BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, BLESSTHEFALL, THE ACACIA STRAIN, ARCHITECTS, CANCER BATS, and WAR OF AGES. The nationwide trek will kick off in Orlando and wrap in San Francisco on August 1.
