ARCHITECTS Prepare For First-Ever U.S. Tour

August 29, 2008

British quintet ARCHITECTS will make its live debut on American soil as part of the Cleansing The Nation tour this fall alongside Century Media labelmates SUICIDE SILENCE, EMMURE, BENEATH THE MASSACRE and AFTER THE BURIAL.

ARCHITECTS drummer Dan Searle commented: "We are ridiculously excited to be hitting the States for the first time! Until now our band's closest experience to being in America was standing on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, peeking across the water at Buffalo, NY!!! So we literally cannot wait to start playing American shows — it's part of every British band's dream to tour in the U.S., and the fact that we get to do it alongside such big and crushing names as SUICIDE SILENCE and EMMURE is simply awesome!

"We just recently finished recording our new album, 'Hollow Crown', which we're really really stoked on and we're psyched to be shaking off the studio tan by playing some new tunes for American crowds at these shows, alongside some tracks off [the last CD] 'Ruin' of course! We love crowd interaction, it really feeds our live show, so if you know the words get down the front and we'll have a good fucking time! See you there!!!"

One look at this "massive" "wall of death" from the ARCHITECTS' recent concert in Holland will have fans eagerly awaiting their chance to take in the group's crushing live show.
