ARAPACIS Recording New Album

Montreal, Quebec, Canada-based female-fronted progressive metal/hard rock band ARAPACIS has entered the studio to begin recording the follow-up to 2009's "Consequences Of Dreams". Guitarist Jerry Fielden and vocalist Lizzie Fyre have once again shared the writing duties and drummer Matt Roy (ex-OBTENEBRIS) has added his considerable arranging talent and even contributed an instrumental song of his own. Chris Brideau on bass completes the lineup. Expect some special guests as well on other instruments. And as is the norm with the band's recordings, the album's nine songs will feature different styles ranging from classic metal to thrash, doom and progressive.
