ANIMAL: Original W.A.S.P. Guitarist Recording New Album; Audio Available

ANIMAL, the new group featuring original W.A.S.P. guitarist Randy Piper, are currently in the studio recording their sophomore album, tentatively due in early 2005. The follow-up to 2002's "900 Lb. Steam" (Perris) will include such "melodic but still raw and nasty" cuts as "Animal In Me", "In the Mirror", "Eye of the Storm" and "HellChild". Two roughly mixed teasers from the upcoming CD have been posted online at the group's newly launched web site, AnimalCave.net. Check them out: "Hell Child" (mp3) and "In the Mirror" (mp3).

ANIMAL's current lineup includes Piper (guitar and vocals),Rich C. Lewis (vocals, ex-BIG AMERICAN DOGS, RAVENCRAFT) and Chris Laney (guitar, ZAN CLAN).
