AMARAN: 'Inflict' Video Posted Online

Sweden's AMARAN have posted the video for the track "Inflict" at their official web site. Check it out: Windows Media (file size: 8 MB),.MPG (file size: 44 MB). "Inflict" comes off the group's upcoming sophomore effort, "Pristine In Bondage" (view cover here),due on December 23 in Japan and January 2004 in the rest of the world through Listenable Records. The first pressing — for the rest of the world — will be a slipcase edition with one bonus track — for a total of 11 tracks — and the Japanese version will be a 13-tracker with two additional bonus tracks. The follow-up to "A World Depraved" was recorded at Studio Underground in Västerås, Sweden and is the group's first since the departure of bassist Mikael Andersson (he has since been replaced by JULIE LAUGHS NO MORE drummer Ronnie Bergerståhl).

As previously reported, AMARAN will play their first gigs outside Sweden in late November when they embark on a three-date Dutch tour with progressive metallers SUN CAGED.
