September 29, 2007

According to Colorado's Greeley Tribune, the organizers of the Scare Fair at St. Michael's Pavilion — which is being billed as northern Colorado's biggest Halloween event ever — have booked shock rocker Alice Cooper to kick of the event on October 17.

For two weeks, St. Michael's will be turned into a Halloween theme park, including five haunted houses with names such as Splatter Rock Show and Evilution. Distortions Unlimited Corporation is providing the spooky animitronics for the park.

Cooper plays from 7-10 p.m., Oct. 17. The fair runs from 6-11 p.m. on Oct. 17 to 21 and Oct. 26 to 31 at U.S. 34 and 65th Ave. in Greeley.

An all events pass is $18, while VIP Admission to meet Alice Cooper and have an item signed is $65. For more information, go to www.goscarefair.com or call (970) 336-1000.
