ALICE COOPER Drummer GLEN SOBEL Interviewed (Video)

July 30, 2012

ALICE COOPER drummer Glen Sobel — whose other credits include Vivian Campbell, BEAUTIFUL CREATURES, SIXX: A.M. and IMPELLITTERI — recently spoke to DRUMline during a tour stop in St Louis, Missouri. Also interviewed were COOPER band guitarists Ryan Roxie and Tommy Henriksen as as well as Glen's drum tech Michael Miller. Topics of discussion are the rigors of life on the road, gear being used on tour, tips for getting gigs as well as a tour of Glen's eye-catching MyDentity "Spider Kit". You can now watch the chat below.

Sobel recently was forced to take a temporary break from the ALICE COOPER tour due to an inflamed neck injury. Filling in for Glen is Alice alumnus Jonathan Mover (JOE SATRIANI, GTR, FUEL). Mover played with Alice on the 1989-90 "Trash" tour. Glen is expected back on the fall tour leg.
