ALARUM Announces New Drummer

Melbourne, Australia's ALARUM has announced the addition of drummer Rob Brens to the group's ranks. Brens joins the band as the replacement for previous skinsman Racca, who left ALARUM this past summer "to pursue other interests."

ALARUM is currently writing material for a new album as well as preparing for a gig supporting TESTAMENT in Melbourne at Prince Of Wales on February 7.

ALARUM earlier in the year completed a U.S. tour with NECROPHAGIST, ARSIS, NEURAXIS and CATTLE DECAPITATION. The band's latest CD, "Eventuality", was released in July 2005 via Willowtip/Earache. The album was recorded through 2004 at Back Beach Studios with Theron Rennison and assistant Rick Luke.
