AGANKAST Confirmed For U.K.'s BLOODSTOCK OPEN AIR FESTIVAL

December 9, 2005

AGANKAST, the new British metal band featuring former ATOMKRAFT guitarist Rob Matthew, have been confirmed for next year's installment of the Bloodstock Open Air Festival, set to take place July 14-15, 2006 at the Catton Hall in Derbyshire, England. "We are very excited to get a slot on what is already proving to be the new Donington," Matthew said. "The open-air Bloodstock is only in its second year and attendance is expected to be around ten thousand. This is a great opportunity for us to shine and prove ourselves as a proper old-school heavy metal band at a classic metal-dedicated festival. We are also waiting on conformation of German and Dutch festivals in the New Year and we will keep AGANKAST fans updated via the Internet and our updated website, www.Agankast.com, due in late December."

AGANKAST's debut CD, "Dance of the Dead", is currently available from the group's official web site. It was recorded and mixed by Rob Matthew at Mindrum Studios, Northumberland, England.
