AEROSMITH Drummer Selling Austin-Area Luxury Home For $2.23 Million

According to the Austin Business Journal, AEROSMITH drummer Joey Kramer has listed his Cimarron Hills Estate property in Georgetown, north of Austin, Texas, with an asking price of $2.23 million.

The 2.7-acre property and is surrounded by the Cimarron Hills Golf Course and country club on three sides. The main residence, built in 2003, and guest cottage were constructed on three estate lots providing panoramic views. The estate is within walking distance to one of the most desirable country clubs in Central Texas.

The private resident gates open to a circular drive and fountain surrounded by sprawling tree canopies and lush landscaping. The main residence is composed of four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a study and a casual yet elegant open main living space. Also on the property is a guest cottage that includes a bedroom, a full bath and a satellite kitchen. The motor court is complete with a three-car garage and an additional golf cart bay. Both the main residence and guest home were designed to capture expansive views of the golf course and surrounding hill country while still offering privacy.
