According to the Austin Business Journal, AEROSMITH drummer Joey Kramer has listed his Cimarron Hills Estate property in Georgetown, north of Austin, Texas, with an asking price of $2.23 million.

The 2.7-acre property and is surrounded by the Cimarron Hills Golf Course and country club on three sides. The main residence, built in 2003, and guest cottage were constructed on three estate lots providing panoramic views. The estate is within walking distance to one of the most desirable country clubs in Central Texas.

The private resident gates open to a circular drive and fountain surrounded by sprawling tree canopies and lush landscaping. The main residence is composed of four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a study and a casual yet elegant open main living space.
