ACE FREHLEY And ACCEPT To Headline Houston's FOAMHENGE Festival

August 2, 2019

The third annual Foamhenge music festival will take place Sunday, November 10 on the grounds of the Karbach Brewing Company in Houston, Texas. Foamhenge celebrates the legacy of hard rock and great beer. This year's artists will feature co-headliners Ace Frehley, the Rock And Roll Hall Of Famer and original lead guitarist for KISS, along with German/American heavy metal legends ACCEPT. The one-day music festival will also feature Grammy Award-winning metal band HIGH ON FIRE, Dallas thrash band POWER TRIP, renowned Canadian hard rocker Pat Travers and death metal band NARCOTIC WASTELAND.

Tickets can be purchased at www.karbachbrewing.com/foamhenge.

Making a return appearance to emcee the event will be Eddie Trunk, who is best known as the passionate and outspoken ambassador for the hard rock and heavy metal community. Among many ventures, such as rock historian, author and podcaster, Trunk, from New Jersey, hosts a national daily rock-talk show called "Trunk Nation" on SiriusXM radio, and is also the host of "Trunkfest", a weekly television show on the AXS television network.

Aside from a great day of rock, Karbach Brewing will have a wide array of its craft beers available, including a new release of its barrel-aged Hellfighter series. Foamhenge offers a great day of live music value with free parking, free water stations throughout the festival ground, $5.00 16-ounce craft beers (barrel-aged beers are 8-ounce pours),multiple food truck vendors and children under 12 are free with parent or guardian.

Karbach's director of marketing, Charlie Paulette, talks about the event and its third year: "We always try and raise the bar from each previous event, and we certainly feel like we've done it again this year with Ace Frehley and ACCEPT, not to mention veterans HIGH ON FIRE and the mighty Pat Travers. Plus we'll have some heavier acts in POWER TRIP and NARCOTIC WASTELAND.

"Our philosophy at Karbach is that we brew beers for every type of beer drinker — from our easy drinking Love Street Blonde all the way to our Hellfighter Bourbon Barrel Series. Foamhenge is no different. If you like hard rock, you'll find a diverse selection of bands at this year's concert."
