ABSENCE OF THE SACRED Completes Work On Second Album

Singapore-based death metallers ABSENCE OF THE SACRED have completed work on their second full-length album, titled "Era of the Apostate", and are currently shopping around for a record deal. Four new tracks can be heard on the band's MySpace page. According to a press release, the CD includes a cover of the ATHEIST classic "Unholy War", which was "personally approved and given the thumbs up by Kelly Shaefer (of ATHEIST) himself."

ABSENCE OF THE SACRED will premier its video for "Dawn of A Dead Aeon", off the band's "Promo 2007" release at DXO (The Esplanade) in Singapore on March 6. A video trailer can be viewed below.
