ABIGAIL WILLIAMS Begins Work On Full-Length Debut

February 19, 2007

Having recently completed their first national tour alongside DARK FUNERAL and ENSLAVED, Phoenix-based ABIGAIL WILLIAMS starts work on its full-length debut this week. The band is expected to finish tracking in early April, with the as-yet-untitled album to be mixed and completed by early May. The band's EP, "Legend", was released Stateside on January 23.

ABIGAIL WILLIAMS will be a performer at the California Metal Fest, scheduled for March 31-April 1. The event will be held at the Galaxy Concert Theater in Santa Ana. Also scheduled to appear are TESTAMENT, FLOTSAM AND JETSAM, SADUS and NECROPHAGIST, among many others.

Amassing an impressive quarter million hits to its MySpace page (this in under six months!),ABIGIAL WILLIAMS defies classification by taking the groove and melody of Gothenburg-styled death metal, face-smashing breakdowns of the hardcore scene and topping it with the bombastic and epic-flavored frostbite of black metal's evilest hordes. The result is a multi-faceted and unforgettable hybrid that already has genre aficionados taking an immediate interest.
