SLASH Begins 'Demo Process' For Next Solo Album - Mar. 20, 2013
Slash has written on Twitter that he has "started the demo process" for his third solo album, even though it's been less than year since his sophomore effort, "Apocalyptic Love", arrived. Slash posted, "[There is] lots of material to work up. It's going [to] be good."

Slash recently wrote that ALTER BRIDGE fans could rest assured that singer Myles Kennedy would record their new album before getting back together with Slash, saying, "AB fans have no cause for worry. They will soon release a new CD and tour this year. I will catch Myles on the flip side."

Kennedy divides his time between ALTER BRIDGE, who are working on their fourth studio set, and Slash, for whom he fronts Slash's touring and recording group MYLES KENNEDY & THE CONSPIRATORS.

Slash, Kennedy and THE CONSPIRATORS have recently completed nearly a year's worth of touring behind "Apocalyptic Love".

Slash has been keeping himself busy by creating his own version of the theme song to the "Angry Birds" video game as well as appearing as a character in the game. He's also confirmed his participation in the "Band Fuse: Rock Legends" video game. Slash has also composed the score for "Nothing To Fear", the first movie from his Slasher Films production company, which went into production last year but has yet to be released.

Hope it's better than the last, though unlikely. Myles still sounds like a cat in heat.

Well I guess if you produce inferior material, then inspiration comes cheap.
Once again Hakk Slash will 'surprise' the world with his crappy playing and his vomit-invoking songwriting, while destroying Myles' reputation as a serious musician in the process.
Go bakk to AXL, hakk slash, beg him to forgive you and become a respeccted musician again.
You can't do it on your own!

So:
FUKK HAKK SLASH, MUFFMEISTER MCLOAD, JUNKIE ADLER & ASSKISSER RIOTACT.

AXL=GNR!!!
AXL=GOD!!!

It's cool that we can tell how many BM accounts Sadisticexecution has by the number of thumbs up he gets.

Out of all the old members of Guns N' Roses, Steven Adler has come the closest to the raw energy that old GNR once had. I was blown away by Steven's new album, actually. Didn't like the last slash album, and I'm not a fan of Izzy of Mckagan's stuff.

Loved the last album, great rock record. I didn't know it was supposed to be like Appetite, but whatever.

So Slash releases a great album, tours for over a year on it, comes home and starts work on the next album, allows his singer to return to work with his other gig, knowing he will return.

Talk about a guy that has a good work ethic and is NOT an asshole. Like, well, you know.

all the hate for Apocalyptic Love. It's a damn good rock record... cool playing, great melodies... I don't see what's so bad about it. To each their own, I guess.

i think for me, the melodies, and styles are very modern rock, and not in a good way. I think Myles takes the songs in that territory, still some moments(end solo in Anistasia), but for the most part, a bit too commerical.

Myles has great range. I think he just doesn't fit this style of music well. His 2 songs on the previous record were some of worst of that batch. Slash took this guy on tour cuz he can sing anything, but he's just not a creative melody maker, especially not for this stuff.

How about starting the "demo process" of bitch slapping Axl and getting the band back together?

Man up dude, you can do it!

The difference between the work ethic of Slash and Axl is amazing. Slash isn't afraid to just get on with it. Axl is fucking precious. It's fucking music. That's all. What a ginger, procrastinating, disrespectful cunt. He's become an absolute fucking joke and buried the GN'R legacy. I preferred the first Slash album and would've liked Andrew Stockdale fronting his band. They could've made something akin to classic Led Zeppelin. By The Sword was epic.

So this means there is no way in hell that VR is on your plate. Tell Matt to stop teasing us with VR stuff if you are just going to bombard us with sub par hard rock via Myles who is quite good.
