Yes, Tommy Lee made the choice to pursue a career in music, and once he became famous that leads to this kind of thing. However, these photographers have no respect for privacy, ever and they deserve to have the sh** beat out of them for hiding in bushes to snap pics of people just trying to live their lives and be normal for a minute, out of the spotlight.
