I was going to say the same thing...LTBOAH is an awesome song, one of Dio's best. Glad it's included here.

Dio's punchin the dragon in that photo. They should release a dvd from the dream evil and lock up the wolves tours. Sacred Heart is great but they already have that sacred heart video out. why release another from the same tour?

I sure wish that there was a video with Vivian Campbell, though. That was the epic show I remember.

I saw both the Sacred Heart and Dream Evil tours. The Dream Evil tour is wrongly neglected. I know there is some high quality footage filmed at San Antonio, TX for a MTV Head Banger's Ball episode out there somewhere. Would love to see a full release of that show. A high quality live audio release from the Dream Evil tour would truly be appreciated by the fans too. This would sell much better than repackaged releases from the Donnington shows. Wendy was supposed to finish and release Ronnie's autobiography as well. Would definitely pay for a book about the man penned by the man.

Yes a Dream Evil and Strange Highways tours show would have me pushing kids and old ladies over on the way to the store.

My friend has this on VHS. He's always going on about how great that guitarist is, I personally think he's "just okay".

COMMENT | I Was There At This Gig

I lived a few blocks away from the Spectrum for 15 years. I attended this gig, and his previous two gigs at the Spectrum. Accept opened up for this Dio EP Intermissions abbreviate tour. It was a hell of a double bill. I recall one of the ushers at the Spectrum, who befriended me, chronicaly stereotyping and judging the crowd as scumbags and junkies.Well, some were lol...but not all. I always remember the most trivial details from gigs decades ago Maye because I was not into the wacky weed, etc. Anyway, this gig was very memorable for me. I recall it begin filmed, as there were various professional cameras about the stage and spectrum. Then again, Spectravision was new then, where the spectrum provided the artist performing live prod in real time footage. Perhaps that footage from the Spectrum cameras was utilized for this DVD. I will defiantly purchase this on DVD and CD. I sat right near the stage, left side, first level, great seats!!! I still have the tour book and t shirts from both Dio and Accept from this particular gig. I was 16 at the time, and living the metal dream lol...yeah whatever, right...cheers!

I mean how different are they. I prob. won't shell out 15 bucks for this if it's only a little different than the SACRED HEART DVD that I already have and like.

If you don't have it, this is a great stage show, for sure!

there for this show at Alpine Valley,Wisconsin. It was Heavy Metal parking lot times 5. Beautiful summer day with alcohol and party favors to the extreme. Epic concert. Absolutely one of the great metal tours of all time. And to Icarus21 I do own that particular Headbangers Ball on the Dream Evil tour. That was another fantastic tour with Ronnie pulling out all of the stops.Long Live Dio!
