GUNS N' ROSES Added To New York City's 'The Governer's Ball' Festival - Feb. 7, 2013
GUNS N' ROSES has been added to The Governer's Ball festival, set to take place June 7-9 on Randall's Island in New York City. They join the likes of KANYE WEST, KINGS OF LEON, GRIZZLY BEAR, ANIMAL COLLECTIVE, KENDRICK LAMAR and many others.

The Governer's Ball showcases all genres of music, including dance, indie rock, hip-hop, pop and electronica.

Along with four stages of live music, The Governor's Ball will also feature activities such as a silent disco, photo booths, ping-pong, lawn games and a life-size game of Connect 4. More than a dozen food vendors will also be on hand to feed hungry festivalgoers.

For more information, visit the festival's official web site.

In addition sole original member Axl Rose (lead vocals), the current lineup of GUNS N' ROSES includes guitarists Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, Richard Fortus and DJ Ashba, bassist Tommy Stinson, keyboardists Dizzy Reed and Chris Pitman and drummer Frank Ferrer.

NYC has enough problems as it already, they do need/want Axhole's cover band coming there and making it worse. Hope they aren't allowed in the city.

Screw Axhole Pose & his frauds and hacks world's greatest tribute band!!!!!!!

Scab GNR plays to empty seats every night, plus now do so in 3D, and they are gonna lose that court battle for the video game any time now!!!!!!!!!

The fans hate Poser Rose and will keep doing so forever!!!!!!!!!

Hail & long live the real Guns lineup that being of course: Slash , Izzy , Adler and Duff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this version of Guns n Roses (and the old ones too) unlike most loads on here. However, I have a feeling something crazy is going to happen at this festival.

Who are these people in that picture?

But a more important question: Is Axl going to sing about a gayfish too?

Kanye West and Kings of Leon should be prepared to have their set times pushed back three hours, then?

I live in Brooklyn, and I can tell you, NYC will not be welcoming of Axl at Governor's Ball. This is absolutely the WRONG CROWD for Axl and his employees.

And that's quite a governor you've got up there in NY too, Cuomo. Definitely worth celebrating, alongside Bloomberg the sensational mayor. Will you be able to get a Coke larger that 16 oz. at this festival?
