The issue for me is not so much Ted dodging the draft. I can't fault him for that, there were quite a few people who didn't want to go to Vietnam. Muhammed Ali did so as well. I find it quite remarkable that someone who did everything they could to avoid war expects someone else to do their fighting for them.
