AC/DC Headphones Launched By German Company On.Earz - Jan. 14, 2013
German company On.Earz has launched a new line of on-ear headphones licensed from AC/DC and the estates of Elvis Presley and James Dean. According to The Mac Observer, the Legends series is priced at €99, and the company said that it expects to price them at US$99 for the U.S. market when it launches later in the first quarter of this year. For that price, each set of headphones comes with two cables, one of which has a microphone compatible with Apple's iPhone and iPad combo jacks. The bands are based on a metal strip for durability and pressed foam to fill out the band. There is also an additional jack built into the headphones that allows another user to share your music source.

Fuck these headphones. I mean - if you want to support the band, fine - right on. However - check it out - a couple of years ago I bought these headphones:

Outstanding piece of equipment and, surprisingly low priced. Do not let the low price fool you - these headphones will turn your head into a raging symphony of sound.

I modded them with a few strategically placed screws and two small metal bands - this to exert pressure and clamp them tightly about my ears for improved sound quality.

Motorhead headphones are not commercial and they worked on it and there are 4 5 types of headphones and its something like a brand not just a collection headphones. And a swedish company made it and everyone knows that even a swedish clergyman likes rock music! So I really trust those well made products and will buy it just becuase I trust Lemmy wont do a stupid thing and Im sure a Swedish company wont produce bullshit.

These look half assed and cheap. The motorheadphone people have been everywhere trying to get everyone behind their evidently better than can be expected but still heavily skeptical line of headphones. Lemmy didn't help himself sounding like it didn't fucking matter at all. This AC/DC bullshit looks tacky and is clearly designed to be used with low-grade trash like a cell phone.

It's still better than Bose though, which is the lowest grade of consumer electronics available, even if they cost a quarter of what they do, you can possibly find.

Motorheadphones are not just big headphones, there are 2 types of earphones too. And each one in three colors (bros, gold, silver). One type which is more expensive is for even using as handsfrees and the cheaper one is just for music players. And yes I turst them before I even use them because Im sure that it would be much more better than a headphone which is made for any kind of music. And I can see the products in photos, it has even a website man its a bran and I hope ppl will support it then we wont pay spend our moneys on big capitalists.

Headphones are not earbuds and the terms are not interchangable and no one's really been talking about motorheadphone's brand of earbuds at all.

You can't blame the boys on this. The brand ACDC is bigger than them now. Angus, Malcolm, and Brian are worth around 100 million each never mind the other guys. They don't need or want the money. It's corporate for sure.

I saw a set of AC/DC headphones at one of my local Dick Smith stores here in Australia, 90 bucks they wanted for something TDK sell for 15 bucks. They not only looked uncomfortable as all fuck, but they were too embarrassed to give any specs of the drivers in them etc.
