Lord Tracy's Deaf Gods of Babylon was a really good album. This one and that debut Scatterbrain album had some funny stuff on them, plus the players were all really good. We used to blast those two albums when we cruised on Friday nights back in the day.

Being born in the 80s in Texas, I know there are a few within my own family, believe it or not. I know I have an uncle who saw Pantera during the glam days, and I don't quite remember whether or not he actually bought one of their pre-CFH albums (and he probably got rid of all his vinyl albums once he switched to the CD format, anyway).

Pantera had 2 different eras: the 80's era of which even many of the most hardcore Pantera fans still know nothing about and the 90's to early 2000's era of which the band is world-reknown. I'm one of the fans who discovered Pantera 20 years ago, back in the day I saw some of the old 80's albums but didn't care, not even Pantera themselves cared of their 80's era, they always played material from 1990 onwards. They basically started over in 1989 when they started recording Cowboys From Hell for 1990, a new style and sound altogether.

Lord Tracy...another forgotten mini-sized basement band of which almost no-one knows about.

Terry Glaze...another Al Atkins character!
