Original Members Of DOGS D'AMOUR To Perform Together For First Time In 22 Years - Nov. 8, 2012
25 years after the DOGS D'AMOUR released their legendary "Dynamite Jet Saloon" album, the original members have reunited to raise money for a dear friend and fellow musician with cancer.

More than two decades have passed since the definitive lineup have shared a stage together and they are ready to kick over the graveyard of empty bottles and play their brand of raucous sonic sounds that inspired a cult-like following.

Frontman Tyla, drummer Bam, bassist Steve James and guitarist Jo Dog are gearing up from four corners of the globe to play together for the first time in 22 years. "It's good to have me old mates back," says Tyla.

The fans have been asking for the classic lineup in every form of social media and the DOGS have heard them.

In 1989, "The Satellite Kid" climbed the U.K. chart to No. 26 while the "Graveyard Of Empty Bottles" album made it to No. 16 on the U.K. album chart.

Their notorious reputation often preceded them but every one of their singles made it into the Top 100 of the U.K. chart.

The DOGS D'AMOUR will reunite for a select number of gigs and festivals in 2013 to perform all the DOGS hits and classic favorites along with several new songs they're currently recording.

The kickoff gig and fund raiser charity event will take place on February 22, 2013 at The Borderline in London, England.

...my thoughts exactly. Nice that they are doing it to help out a friend, though, best of luck to 'em.

Rock n roll bands ever! Had tix to see them with Mother Love Bone
back in the day and it got cancelled. All of their albums are classics. As for songs...Last Bandit, How Come it Never Rains, Erroll Fylnn, Medicine Man. Awesome stuff. Welcome back!

Mother Love Bone... They were cool. The first e.p. and 'Apple' were happening. Andrew Wood was such a character.. It's a shame he died on the eve of 'Apple''s release back in early 1990. Well, good on Dogs D'Amour for stepping up to help out an old friend in need. Cool.

They're not bad really. This band if for people who're into the New York Dolls and the early 70's trash rock period of the The Stones.

Depressing, boozy, heroine, pill-popping type of blues rock.

If you've never heard their music, do yourself a favor and check them out. I'd give my left nut to see one of these shows.

One of the most underrated bands in the 80's.

Meh... Over-rated is more like it.
The dude can't sing and his phrasing was always weak.
The songs weren't strong enough to stand the test of time.
I think their CD's are next to Junkyard's in a box in my attic.
