more like a collaboration. I notice Phil doing lead, but I couldn't recognize the drummer. And is that another bloke back there playing bass? wtf? What year was that I wonder?

The video you mean? That's the David Letterman-band with Paul Schaeffer on piano & Anton Fig on the drums.
I guess it was taped somewhere in '92. Hard to tell, cause Lemmy looks the same in every picture, cause he's immortal.

That's Lem and Phil on Dave Letterman in 1991, around the time 1916 was released.

On Dave's old late-late night show, some musicians opted to use Dave's band to back them up instead of bringing the full band on.

The drummer, Anton Fig, has worked with Ace Frehley for decades.

Glad to be of service, mate!

Without Chuck Berry none of our favorite bands would exist. Would be cool to see Lemmy, David Johansen, Bonamassa and the others paying tribute.

I didn't even know CB was still alive, but am really happy to hear so. How old is the guy now? 75? 80? Anyway that's awesome. Let's see if Lem can do better than Marty McFly!
