As much as I'm for gay marriage and rights, Chik-Fil-A does have the freedom of speech to express their stance on gay marriage. Us as consumers also have the right of freedom of choice and speech not to eat there anymore. What's not really being said though is that Chik-Fil-A has donated to organizations and groups that protest against gays. I've also heard that a person didn't get hired because they were gay. If that's the case, then Chik-Fil-A deserves all the flack they receive. It's not because their opinion is conservative or christian, it's because it's hateful. I will say that there are ridiculous people on both sides of the spectrum.
